For the past few years we have been collecting pop tabs to help support the Ronald McDonald Charities. When children are hospitalized, the Ronald McDonald charities help provide room and board for families so they can stay close to their child’s hospital.  This saves families millions of dollars every year. Their goal is to help children and families heal together.  They also help provide medical care to underserved children.

Because pop tabs are aluminum, Ronald McDonald charities can recycle this aluminum to raise money to help pay for the wonderful programs they provide. They raise tens of thousands of dollars every year through this program.

We have our collection box in our office at 7400 W. College Drive in Palos Heights.  When it gets full, we will drop all of the tabs off at the Oak Lawn Ronald McDonald House, and then we will start saving them all over again.

Please help us help others by saving your tabs.  The tabs may seem like garbage to you, but they help provide a real lifeline for the families with children in the hospital.  It’s simple and it costs nothing to do.  Help us make a difference.  Check out www.ronaldhousechicago.org for more info.
